If you decide to continue to browse and use our website and services, you are completely agreeing to FitU's terms and conditions of use, which combined with our privacy policy govern FitU's relationship with you in relation to this website and its services.

Important: The terms 'FitU' or 'we' or 'us' all refer to FitU L.L.C-FZ. The term 'you' refers to the user of our services or the viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject but not limited to the below terms of use:

  • The content of the pages of this website is for the explanation and implementation of our services. It is subject to change without notice.
  • We use cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you allow cookies to be used, the relevant personal information may be stored by us for use in fields we determine.
  • FitU keeps the right to change, amend, cancel or make exceptions to the terms and conditions listed here. Please check this terms and conditions page from time to time.
  • All materials on the website are owned by or licensed to us. Reproduction is strictly prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.
  • You give your consent that you will not do unauthorized use of the materials and information on the website.

Service and Booking Terms

About Our Services

FitU is a booking platform that acts as an aggregator for different types of Fitness and wellness services. The services include, but are not limited to, personal training, Yoga, Sports Massage, Stretching, Running etc. FitU has contracts with 3rd party partners that are licensed by the relevant authorities.


Booking Process
  • When you make a booking through FitU, we will help facilitate the services for you
  • Once the service is done, the fees you pay to our service company partners are non-refundable (unless there is a company-caused violation)
  • You are liable for any and all taxes (except taxes based on our income)
  • The pricing scheme may be updated by the Company on a going-forward basis
Age Restrictions

Customers using the website who are minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.


Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the information in your account.



Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods
  • Visa credit/debit cards
  • MasterCard credit/debit cards
  • Cash payments
  • Currency: AED (or other agreed currency)
Payment Processing
  • FitU will charge you for finalized bookings
  • Pre-authorization may be sought for credit cards
  • Multiple bookings may result in multiple charges
  • Retain copies of transaction records

Rate Changes

FitU may change rates and fees from time to time by posting the changes on the website 10 days in advance, but with no advance notice mandatory for temporary promotions or any changes that result in the reduction of rates and fees.



Cancellation and Refund Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Notification must be in written format and sent to info@fitu.ae

We reserve the right to levy a certain charge up to AED 100 to cover any relevant administrative expenses.

Refund Process
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  • Cash refunds will be added to wallet credit
  • Service quality issues require investigation
  • Refunds processed as platform credit for future use
  • Allow up to 15 working days for refund completion
Cancellation Process
  • Cancel via website/app 24 hours before service
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours will not be considered
  • Credit card payments will be reversed/refunded
  • Refund timing depends on your bank's policy



Quality Assurance Program

We conduct random quality inspections on a regular basis to review the quality of our service providers' work while they are on duty.

Unannounced Visit

To ensure trainers/coaches are properly uniformed and perform their duties thoroughly and completely.

On-Site Inspection

A walk-thru with the trainers/coaches and/or the client during regular business hours.

Follow-up

A brief telephone call by our customer service agents after your session has been completed.


Reporting Issues

Any issues with the services have to be reported within 24 hours of service completion.



Liability and Disclaimers

Service Provider Responsibility
  • FitU cannot be held responsible for the unlawful acts of service partners and users
  • FitU checks backgrounds of service partners via third-party services
  • Users should exercise common sense and caution to protect personal safety and property
  • Users agree to hold FitU free from liability for damages/missing items during or after service

Property and Damage
  • FitU may apply penalties to service providers for property damage
  • Client's belongings and house interiors are solely the client's responsibility
  • FitU is not responsible for houses and interiors during entry/exit
  • Service partners are not obliged to cover damages during sessions

Legal and Jurisdiction

Governing Law

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the local laws of United Arab Emirates Courts.

Communications

FitU will send messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email or notifications as means of communication for appointment confirmation, updates, and marketing purposes.

Compliance

FitU will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Terms Modification

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms and Conditions shall otherwise be kept in full force and effect.
