Clear guidelines for refunds and service cancellations

Refund Process

FitU will ensure and facilitate:

Original Payment Mode
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and in case of cash, credit will be added to the wallet and subject to the T&C.
Investigation Process
  • Any refund request due to service delivery or service quality reasons will be done upon investigation only. Refunds will be done in the form of credit which you will be able to use for your future service on our platform.
Processing Time
  • Please allow for up to 15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.

All refund requests are subject to investigation and approval based on our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your service, you may do so by going to the website/app and cancel the bookings 24 hours before the service start time.

Any cancellation less than 24 hours from service start time will not be considered.

How to Cancel
  1. Log into your FitU account on the website or mobile app
  2. Navigate to your bookings section
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Confirm cancellation at least 24 hours before service time

Payment Method Refunds

Credit/Debit Card Payments

If you paid by credit card or debit card, and you have canceled in accordance with this above clause then we will reverse the authorisation or process a refund transaction and the amount will reflect in your bank as per the policy of your bank.

Cash Payments

For cash payments, refunds will be processed as wallet credit that can be used for future services on our platform, subject to our terms and conditions.


Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution's policies. FitU is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes.


Important Notes

  • All refund requests are subject to investigation and verification
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time
  • Refund processing may take up to 15 working days to complete
  • Service quality refunds are processed as platform credit for future use
  • All policies are subject to FitU's terms and conditions
