24-Hour Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your service, you may do so by going to the
website/app and cancel the bookings 24 hours before the service start
time.
Any cancellation less than 24 hours from service start time will not be considered.
If you paid by credit card or debit card, and you have canceled in accordance with this above clause then we will reverse the authorisation or process a refund transaction and the amount will reflect in your bank as per the policy of your bank.
Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution's policies. FitU is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes.
